storing a travel trailer in a hurricane?
With Hurricane Ike upon Houston does anyone have any suggestions about keeping a travel trailer safe in a hurricane? We store it at an uncovered storage yard and were thinking that if we hook up our truck to it that it would make it harder to flip over. (harder but certainly not impossible we are 60 miles north of Galveston but will still get 80 mile an hour winds) My only concern is it damaging both our trailer and the truck. Anyone had any luck with this type of situation? Thanks!
Rent a storage room…that’s all you can do as of what I know..good luck and stay safe!!
